Summary & Philosophy
I’m Maria Lasprilla, a seasoned consultant specializing in product management and financial mentoring. This site serves as both a gateway to my professional services and a space where I share insights from my journey across different industries and life experiences. I am based in Tallinn, Estonia.
I believe we can live many lives within one and I’ve chosen to do just that. From language teacher to product coach, from NGO co-founder to financial mentor, I’ve always been guided by the same drive: to create space for growth, connection, and curiosity. I help people and teams slow down, reflect, and build with intention.
Writing helps me find answers and create order in our ever-changing world. This clarity makes me not only a better consultant and mentor, but also a more content human being. My joy in both work and writing comes from embracing these different aspects of who I am, and I hope that authenticity resonates with you as we explore ideas together.
My Services
Through my consulting practice, I help organizations and individuals navigate complex challenges in product strategy and financial wellness.
Product Management & Consulting
My product management expertise spans over a decade of building and scaling digital products. I co-founded Imblue Product Management Consulting in March 2024, and my prior experience includes:
-
- Wolt: Product Manager (March 2023 – January 2024). A Product Lead at Wolt is what other companies refer to as a Product Manager.
-
- Pipedrive: Held roles including Product Management, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, and Head of Research over 7 years and 4 months (March 2015 – June 2022).
-
- Investly: Product Development (September 2014 – February 2015).
- MYJAR: Product Owner and Customer Support Manager (October 2012 – July 2014).
Financial Mentoring
My financial mentoring draws from both professional experience and a personal passion for helping others achieve financial clarity and confidence.I currently work as a Financial Mentor (since February 2024), and I am a Certified Money Coach (CMC)®. As of September 2025 I am adding to my financial knowledge and skill set by doing a Micro Degree in Core Competencies in Investment and Finance in Estonian Business School.
My Journey
You’ll see my different facets reflected throughout my content, somewhat chronologically as I’ve navigated various roles and life events. The earlier entries (starting in 2009) capture my time as a Language Teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language, followed by my transition into Product Management (2012), and more recently my evolution into consulting and Financial Mentoring (2024).
In past “lives,” I’ve been a foreign language teacher, NGO co-founder (Ideals Matter MTÜ), food truck business owner, customer support agent, and a startup founder (Desenrollate, GrooverRunner). Every chapter added to my toolbox and my belief that learning and reinvention are some of life’s most rewarding constants.
